Henry currently oversees the design and implementation of the leadership succession journey at the top 300 levels including joint ventures and subsidiaries worldwide. Responsible for developing overall executive development models, programs and systems designed to address both current and future leadership needs of the Company.
Previously, as the Head of Scaled Programs and Strategic Initiatives at Aramco, Henry led the scaled enterprise-wide programs such as design thinking, employee engagement and well-being to transform employee experience (EX) at Aramco. He was also responsible for HR strategic initiatives that includes corporate culture, employee engagement, well-being and workplace programs to create “The Best Place to Work”. Additionally, Henry held roles in the digital transformation initiatives, people analytics, planning, operations, program services and leadership development at Aramco.
Prior to joining Aramco, Henry spent 20 years at AT&T with the most recent role as the Global Director over Talent Management's external and internal Leadership Development Programs and the industry first Cybersecurity Development Program.
Since joining the original startup corporate university team in 2007, Henry has led the business unit leadership transformation programs, global management development delivery team, delivered the award-winning Officer Leading with Distinction and executive development programs. Prior to joining AT&T University, Henry has held various positions in talent acquisition, network planning and engineering, procurement, retail sales, call center operation, vendor and account management.
Henry is a founding member of a non-governmental organization that established local training center in Central Asia and served on the Scouting University Board of Regents.
Henry earned his bachelor's degree in Development Studies with focus on emerging markets in Asia from University of California at Berkeley with continuous learning with Wharton’s Advanced Business Leadership program, Coursera’s Human Resource Management at University of Minnesota and Udacity’s Nanodegree for Business Analyst.
As a certified practitioner with Human Performance Institute, American Sport Education Program and USA Swimming, Henry is passionate about performance coaching.
