Damian Scott is the Manager, Human Resources Services at Aramco Americas and has approximately 30 years of human resources experience. He joined Saudi Aramco in 2012 after starting his career at Mercer Consulting before performing various corporate compensation roles within the energy industry at BP and BHP. Upon joining Saudi Aramco, Damian worked in the Human Resources Policies and Planning Department. During this time, he supported the annual salary program review, benchmarking analyses, and provided support for affiliate and subsidiary salary programs. In 2017 he transferred to Aramco Americas where he served as a Compensation Staff Specialist before assuming his current role in 2024, where he leads the Company’s Compensation, HR Systems, Personnel, and Training & Development teams.
Damian is a graduate of Rice University, where he obtained with a double major of Economics and Managerial Studies and later earned an MBA from SMU.
