Bandar Al-Yousef

Bandar Al-Yousef has been the Director of the Technical Services Department at Aramco Americas since September 2022. He previously was with Engineering Services in Aramco’s Process & Control Systems Department, where he led the Process Automation Systems Division for four years. 

He has led various Digital Transformation initiatives, including the Digital Twin and IIOT corporate tracks, and introduced many investment and Digital Ecosystem Localization opportunities in Saudi Arabia. 

He started his career with Aramco 25 years ago at the Hawiyah Gas Plant where he participated in the plant construction and its startup. He later joined the Shaybah NGL project, from proposal through design, construction, and startup. 

Bandar holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and a Master Degree in Advance Control and Systems from The University of Manchester.
